Do you take insurance?
That's a great question! After our session, I’ll send you a receipt once your payment is processed, which you can then use to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Do you direct bill for insurance?
Unfortunately, I don't offer that option. However, you can use the receipt provided after the session to request reimbursement.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
I believe mental health support should be accessible to everyone, so I offer a sliding scale for clients who qualify.

What if my insurance does not cover CCCs?
Please confirm with your insurance provider that they cover Canadian Certified Counsellors, Clinical Counsellors, or Psychotherapists before booking a session.

What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid any fees. This allows me to respect the time reserved for your session and offer support to other clients in need. Thank you for your understanding!
